Draft privacy notice.
This substantive draft explains how KampeX Pty Ltd (ABN 96 697 103 218) proposes to describe its handling of personal information through the public Kampex marketing website. It remains noindex until legal and operational review are recorded.
Who this notice covers
KampeX Pty Ltd is responsible for this public marketing website. This notice covers visits to these public pages and general enquiries sent to info@kamp-ex.com. It does not replace any privacy notice presented when a person creates an account or uses authenticated Kampex services.

Information handled by the public website
The public website does not contain an account form. If you email Kampex, we receive the contact details and message you choose to provide. The hosting service may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, time and security events so the site can be delivered and protected.
A light, dark or system theme preference may be stored in your browser. That preference is not intended to identify you. Links to the Kampex application and social profiles take you to separate services with their own information-handling practices.
- Contact details and enquiry content you provide
- Limited hosting and security logs
- A local display-theme preference
Why information is used
Kampex uses public-site information to answer enquiries, operate and secure the website, diagnose faults, understand aggregate site performance and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use the public website to publish private participant identities, bids, reserve prices or transaction records.
- Respond to enquiries
- Deliver, secure and improve the website
- Investigate faults and misuse
Service providers and overseas processing
Vercel provides website hosting, delivery and optional first-party analytics. Sanity provides the editorial content system. These providers may process limited information on infrastructure outside Australia in the countries where they and their subprocessors operate. Kampex may also disclose information where required by law or with your consent.
- Vercel — hosting, security, performance and optional analytics
- Sanity — published content management
- Professional or regulatory recipients where required
Analytics and performance measurement
Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights are disabled by default and activate only through an explicit release setting. When active, the site removes query strings and fragments from measured URLs, excludes editorial authoring traffic and sends only fixed, low-cardinality action identifiers. It does not send form content, free-text labels, link destinations or account identifiers through those marketing events.
- No advertising tracker is installed by this implementation
- Query values and fragments are removed
- Editorial authoring traffic is excluded
Retention and security
Kampex keeps enquiry and operational information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, security, record-keeping or applicable law. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information, while recognising that no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Access, correction and privacy enquiries
You may ask about personal information Kampex holds about you, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern by emailing info@kamp-ex.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within a reasonable period where Australian privacy law applies. If a concern is not resolved, you may be able to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
