You may use the public website to learn about Kampex, review public market methodology and follow links to Kampex services. By using it, you agree not to interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted information or use the site unlawfully.

General information, not a transaction

Public pages provide general information only. Viewing them does not create a produce sale, brokerage, agency, advisory or other commercial relationship. A commercial relationship arises only through the relevant authenticated workflow and any additional terms accepted there.

Market data and Market AI

Public market figures appear only when the approved data service supplies privacy-qualified evidence. Listing indications are not completed-trade prices, historical benchmarks are labelled, and missing evidence remains unavailable. Market AI provides educational context and may be incomplete; it is not the source of public homepage figures.

Nothing on the public website is financial, legal, tax or agronomic advice. You remain responsible for checking information and considering your own circumstances before making a commercial decision.

Accounts and external destinations

Login, sign-up and market links open the separate Kampex application. Social links open third-party platforms. Kampex does not control the availability, security or content of third-party services, and a link does not endorse every statement or service available there.

Content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Kampex name, website design, text, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to KampeX Pty Ltd. You may view and make reasonable internal use of public content, but must not reproduce, modify or commercially redistribute it without permission except where law allows.

Availability and changes

Kampex may correct, update, suspend or remove public content and features when needed. Market coverage and update frequency can vary. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but the website is designed to show a clear unavailable state rather than substitute sample or estimated market values.

Rights that cannot be excluded

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
